Hi. I'm Julie Berghoff, Realtor, detail-oriented whiz, with a Certified Luxury Home Designation. Growing up surrounded by real estate truly opened my eyes to the joy and real expectations of this profession. My family has been involved in the industry for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was exposed to the beauty of homes, the business process, and the needed personal approach to help clients find their perfect home.

Licensed in 2002, I was able to define what it really means to be a Realtor in my own unique way. My foundation is grounded in being analytical yet engaging with my clients. I work to understand and anticipate your needs while gathering data that is specific to your situation. I live in Boulder County and work primarily in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Longmont and Broomfield markets. There are some amazing neighborhoods within each of these communities, and I love sharing this with my clients.
